This recipe starts with a lot of fresh bananas! The building blocks include our banana caramel compote, flourless chocolate cake, pecan crunch, dark chocolate mousse and crunchy dulcey chocolate pearls.

The cake is really good and fresh and it survived the porch just fine! The bottom layer has a nice crunch and the middle has rich chocolate cake and creamy bananas, super tasty. Top is a chocolate mousse and it’s nice altho doesn’t have to be that thick (v sweet). They did a wonderful job writing on it too.
